hela Sverige As a Customer Care Ninja you love communicating with people and being service-minded is in your DNA. You want to learn the ins and outs of the Narrative Clip, understand the spectrum of existing and potential customer issues, and help build communications and solutions to address them.
Needless to say, of course you love photography and sharing images online.
This important, customer-facing role requires a passion for helping users, building exceptional support content, and the demonstrated ability to manage online communities. We are looking for an exceptional communicator and content producer with an educational twist.
Responsibilities
• Answer customer and user requests through email, on social media & blogs
• Occasionally reach out to customers and users over phone
• Drive the creation of simple, easy to understand, world-class customer care content (tutorial videos, knowledge base articles, fun and to the point tweets)
• Engaging and supporting Narrative?s growing user communities on social media
• Talk to, get to know, and diligently support Narrative?s users online; be a customer advocate, problem solver, tension diffuser, and engaging company voice
Besides being part of a truly global Customer Care Team with presence on three continents, you work closely with all teams at Narrative but primarily with the Product team & Marketing Team.
Experience/Qualifications
• BA or relevant degree (Communications, Marketing)
• Passion for interfacing with and advocating for customers
• Outstanding written and communication skills in English
• You love to work with Mac
• Active user of Twitter, Instagram and love Social Media ? perhaps you have your own blog?
• It is a plus if you are familiar with ZenDesk, User-Voice, Salesforce or similar systems.
Placement: Our beautiful office in Central Stockholm, with the possibility to go on shorter assignments to our San Francisco office.
