As a Training Administrator you will be working in our Training & Operations department. It's a high pace and innovative environment where you will be working in close collaboration with colleagues both in Training & Operations department and other departments within EPN. You will be working mainly with training and course related matters together with a training specialist in a course management team. You will also take on the role as Course Manager where you will be responsible for all the coordination of the course from start to finish.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Be a contact person for our instructors and students and give them support
• Be fully responsible for the administration of a course from beginning to end
• Take part in various projects within Entry Point North.
• Represent Entry Point North towards guests and customers
Qualifications
We are looking for an open-minded colleague with a positive attitude. You are structured and flexible when it comes to organising and taking responsibility for whatever needs to be done. You have no problems adapting to quick changes. Where others see problems, you see possibilities.
You need at least 5 years of experience in an administrative role. You must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
Drivers licence is an advantage.
You will be based at our premises at Malmö Airport and report to Teamleader Training and Operations.
