We collaborate through an agile and cross-functional setup including R&D, Production, Sales & Marketing and Purchasing departments to develop the charging system and power distribution on our BEV Trucks. You belong to the R&D organization and your task is to lead one of twelve cross functional teams within the agile release train (also called VCT at SCANIA), with team members from Production, Purchasing and R&D. Every team has their own Scrum Master, and you will have the responsibility to maintain and develop the agile culture within the team while also facilitating and leading agile meetings/forums.
We are now looking for two Scrum Masters to the following two teams:
• Team VCA Cable Harnesses - we design and develop low voltage cable harnesses for all our trucks unique to BEV.
• Electrical Components Team - design and develop electrical components to the charging system, such as fuses, contactors, actuators and charging inlets.

To succeed in this role, you have the experience or a passion in leading and coaching cross functional teams. You believe in the agile culture, methods and processes. You are interested in working with a mix of leadership and understanding technical tasks/issues and can describe these in an understandable way to many stakeholders. You take joy in seeing the team succeed and have an interest in group dynamics.
