Entry Point North is looking for a service minded Receptionist who is ready to take-off with us!
Job description
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for the daily operations of the reception and switchboard. Your main responsibilities will be:
• Administrating Entry Point North's switchboard and information desk
• Ensuring a professional and welcoming reception. Providing service to customers, guests and personnel.
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Taking care of all administration connected to the company's visitors and guests.
• Responsible for purchasing of office supplies
• Assist Entry Point North staff with ad-hoc administrative work tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a service-minded colleague with a positive attitude. You are professional and self-going with excellent people skills and you can relate well to people at all levels. You have the ability to listen to customers (e.g. students, staff, etc.) and to understand and respond positively to their requests. You are detail conscious and set high standard for quality.
The role requires finalised secondary school and at least 3 years working experience. You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Since many of our colleagues and customers are international you have no problem expressing yourself in English both orally and in writing.
The position is full time, but we are open for solutions with two part time employees. Please write in your application if you want to work full or part time. The position is until further notice and you will report to Team leader of Finance. The conditions of employment follows the general conditions of the collective agreement "Kommunikation" between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
