We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the role as Nordic Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) at Teleperformance!

Our CIM role would be a great fit for a person with a strong background in project management and workforce management who will actively represent, encourage and drive an operational continuous improvement culture in our company.

You will ensure that our operations in contact center management work in accordance with our central processes - both in quality and operational excellence standards.

Our CIM role involves:

- Identifying, coordinating and executing on operational performance, process improvement initiatives and implementation projects together with a small team of specialists.

- Supporting delivery, accuracy and review of performance measurement tools and reports.

- Supporting process alignment to our operational framework and participate in or carry out audits.

- Providing Continuous Improvement training as needed to site staff, including appropriate elements of Lean Sigma Curriculum

- Coordinating activities to ensure consistency, cohesiveness and sharing of best practice

- Leading, coaching, training and motivating participants in the execution of improvement projects

Skills & Abilities that we believe our CIM should have include:

- Great analytical skills - You enjoy working with reporting and data analysis. You investigate and evaluate situations and take the time to reflect on alternative solutions.

- Great project management skills - Setting up improvement projects or heading up implementations of new clients require good experience in project management.

- Great coaching skills - We believe in order to positive influence our teams across the company you should have good experience from coaching others to success.

- Good knowledge of COPC is preferred - COPC is an integral part of our operations

- Good technical skills - MS Office and reporting tools are strong daily tools used in this role

- Good English languages skills. A lot of your communication with colleagues and clients will be in English (written and spoken), including much of your documentation and reporting. It's essential that you feel comfortable using English in your daily job.

- Being decisive and focused on solutions! Managing project implementations and driving continuous improvements demands someone who is confident in making decisions and driving action plans to completion.

- Strong communication skills - You will be in constant, proactive contact with clients and colleagues. Driving change and implementations involve good listening skills as well as good communication skills to ensure successful teamwork and progress.
