Your Mission @ Scanfil
As HR Specialist in Scanfil you will take place in an awesome Global HR team consisting of our local HR Managers as well as our Global Training Supervisior. You will report directly to our Group HR Director.
The HR Specialist we are looking for shall act as an expert in HR related areas such as Swedish labour law, recruitment, introduction, competence development and exit process to support a high performing culture. You will support our local managers in Malmö as well as global managers in our matrix organization.
You will be the Group HR Director's right hand, drive and support activities related to Global HR Strategy. This will include global projects as well as being responsible for our Group HR KPIs on a montly basis. You will support the Global HR Team with expert knowledge in some of our HR tools and processes.

If you can handle above and below describe you, then you might be our future star
• University degree or equivalent within Human Resource
• Minimum 3 years of experience within HR, preferable in an international enviroment
• Good knowledge of Swedish labour law
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Understands the power of Excel

You need to be a good communicator with the ability to create an internal network and build trust though good performance and support. Furthermore, you need to be flexible, have attention to details and take pride in delivering high quality in all your duties.
