Business acumen, you will have a purchasing responsibility focusing on areas such as optimizing the supplier base, negotiating and securing competitive and quality secured agreements, developing best practice purchasing processes. You will also drive continuous improvement within the segment in coordination with our stakeholders departments. In other words you will strengthen Plastal competitive advantage by understanding the business needs to support our market growth.
Do you focus on the details or do you prefer to take a holistic view? Can you choose any of these approaches? Or do you rather combine your curiosity, analytical side and your sense of details as well as your pragmatic approach in finding the best solution in every challenge?

Who are you?
• Msc in Business Administration or Supply Chain
• Excellent spoken and written English (Additional languages are given merit)
• Purchasing experience in automotive is meritorious
• Eager to learn and work on your own development
• Negotiator by birth
• To thrive, you should have a technical curiosity
