Are you our new (Danish) technical writer? Visma is looking for a technical writer to join our Visma.net ERP team. You will be working in an international, distributed team currently located in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Romania and the Netherlands. We are looking for someone who is a master of English and Danish, who would like to work from our office in Malmö.
Job description As a technical writer you will be an important part of the development team. With your understanding of the users' needs and your skills in language and communication, you will make both the user interface and the user documentation clear and easy to use.
Visma develops many international products and services, and as a technical writer you will also play a part in both translation coordination and terminology management in the development unit.
To make sure that we provide our users the best support, you will be working closely with other technical writers, product owners, development teams and support consultants. We are currently in the process of deciding how to provide the best help for our users in the future and you will be a part of this process.

Responsibilities Create clear and simple workflows and instructions in English and Danish for our cloud services
Create clear user interface information in English and Danish
Help translate the user interface texts to Danish
Train other Visma colleagues in our content development process
Help improve our processes and technical solutions in the following areas:
Content development
Translation management
Qualifications A minimum 2-4 years experience of working as a technical writer is required.
A bachelor degree in communication, technical writing or English.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
A strong grasp of the English and Danish languages is an absolute must.
Experience with single-source publishing and content authoring systems, such as MadCap Flare
Experience with topic-based authoring/DITA and agile work methods is an advantage.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
