The job
As Communications manager for Omexom Infratek, you take part in the development of our business strategy and ensure clear and inspiring communication of this strategy. This includes entire spectra, from editorial functions, different channel managements, brand management, change and crisis communication, leadership support and communication training. The work is carried out in close consultations with the CEO.
The work contains a number of initiatives, analytical ability and integrity in combination with sensitivity and good collaboration skills. You are autonomous, quality-conscious, structured and communicative, have a good ability for a holistic view and a high degree of personal maturity.
For you with the right attitude and energy, there are great opportunities to develop and take responsibility. As an international group, we communicate both locally, nationally and internationally and consequently in both Swedish and English.
Your character
We are looking for someone with:
• A university degree in digital media production, media and communication science or equivalent and who have experience of qualified communication and web work, or other education that we consider equivalent.
• Good knowledge in IT, for example of work with the Office package and documented knowledge in image processing, layout and web publishing.
• Experience in developing and implementing communications strategies, extensive experience with engaging media.
• Experience from press eco-system.
• At least 5 years of experience in communication issues with a focus on web and social media.
• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.

For this role, it is important you have strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with other functions and business area representatives. You must be enterprising, autonomous, have integrity. You will coordinate communication issues both internally and externally.
