Sectra Education, Sectra's fastest growing business unit, is looking for a team member to drive finance and logistics.

In this role, you will manage financial and logistic tasks at the business unit and assist in the budget process. You will have an important role in supporting the process from sales to delivery and receiving the final payment from the customer.

In order to succeed, you need to develop, motivate, coach and continuously evaluate the performance of our sales channels. You have excellent communication and cultural awareness.

STRATEGIC AIM

Play to our strengths of premium visualization platform providing applications and access to clinical content, with focus on extended curriculum integration and education workflow with access from any device.



In this position, you will be responsible for:

Register incoming orders from Medical Education.
Prepare and generate invoices.
Work in Sectra's sales tool (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM) and business tool (Jeeves).
Participate in budget and forecasts processes.
Assurance and analysis of financial information.
Assist colleagues and customers with requests related to orders and invoices and other general administrative tasks.



You will work with logistic, import/export worldwide, including VAT tasks and Letter of Credit as well as work closely with sales and marketing, service delivery and the management team.

For this position, the following requirements apply:

Bachelor or Master 's degree with a strong academic performance within the field of Economy/business administration.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Good skills in Excel.
You are service minded, social and enjoy supporting other functions within Sectra to ensure that we can deliver on our promises and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You are careful and structured in your way of working and ensure you get the details right.
You follow established processes to limit mistakes and deliver high quality.
You have the drive to improve the efficiency of your daily work and can take your own initiative and go the extra mile if needed.



Assets

In addition, we consider it an asset if you also:

Speak more languages than those required above.
Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying (if you happen to have a pilot's license, you can fly to our customers in our own Sectra airplane) or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd.
Knowledge of the accounting standards K3 and IFRS.
Have experience from working with ERP systems (Jeeves or similar) and/or CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
Have work experience from finance and accounting.
