As a Sustainability Manager, you will be part of a high performing team, working with strategic, operational, and technical sustainability issues. The position is new in our organization and provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management at group level and country level, our Asset Management and Operations organizations and different external stakeholders. To strengthen and secure our sustainability focus, we need you to join our sustainability team in Malmö. We can offer you challenging and varying tasks in a company with bright and driven colleagues. You will naturally have the opportunity to pursue a career with us, and we believe you have at least 8 years of experience, we will initially need you to;
Establish, implement, and manage consistent sustainability approach in acquisitions/investments
Monitor environmental performance of newly acquired properties
Contribute to the implementation of the sustainability strategy and objectives
Contribute to ESG dialogues with the financial sector
Conduct research/intelligence regarding sustainability in acquisitions/investments
Educate, support, and co-operate with colleagues at group level and country level
Be part of building and continuously develop the work processes regarding sustainability
To fit with us and to succeed in the role we believe you have strong people skills, where you enjoy networking with both internal and external parties. People like you and you like people. You are a result-oriented and structured person who can prioritize between different assignments and tasks.
In order to succeed in this position and since you will have a lot of different relations across Heimstaden; you need a strong integrity as well as the ability to dare to challenge. Above this you are a communicative person and always have the WE before ME mentality.
