What does it mean to work with customer support?
As a customer service representative, you will receive calls and emails from the company's Finnish-speaking customers and assist them in questions regarding:
* Orders
* Delivery and return
* Payment issues
You will work with customer guidance and be responsible for customer support. Your main working tool will be phone and computer.
At our client's office you will have the opportunity to work in a close-knit team where teamwork is a key to success. The working hours are Monday to Friday between 08.00 - 17.00, or 09.00 -18:00.
Who are we looking for?
The fact that you enjoy working with service and people is the most important thing to us! We assume that you are a helpful, loyal and a serious person who can easily plan and structure your work. Furthermore, you are very organized in your professional role.
Required Skills;
* Native or close to native in Finnish, both in writing and in speech
* Good computer skills
