The new facility increases Climeon's total delivery capacity and is used for
customer demonstrations, building prototypes, faster development verifications and extended test time while it unifies our organization. We are now looking for a new team member to take on the very important role as our new Test Site Manager!
As ourTest Site Manager at Climeon, you will be working with a wide range of tasks in collaboration with colleagues from all departments within the company. The Test Site Manager oversees our daily operations at the site; developing and implementing processes and routines as well as making sure these are being followed and continuously updated and further developed. One very important aspect of the role will be your responsibility for the safety on site, making sure a high level of safety is always ensured.
You will be an important contributor when installing new machines at the test site and you will be a part of the planning and preparations prior to the install. Your daily tasks will consist of, for example, making sure the site is in great condition at all times; maintaining all the systems on the site; material maintenance; deliveries in and out of the site; site introduction for new personnel; order placement; loading and un-loading of heavy equipment and general hands-on work, both mechanical and electrical.
In order to succeed in the role as our Test Site manager we seek someone who is committed and experienced working in a similar environment. You have great leadership skills and excellent technical knowledge and experience. You are good at planning and communication, and you have the ability to engage people in your work. As a person we seek someone who is responsible, service minded, thorough and don't mind hands-on work when needed.
Experience within electrical, electronics, automation, hot water/steam systems, laboratory equipment, flammable materials and liquids is meritorious. We believe you have a university degree in engineering or similar.
