Are you a stress-resistant Site Manager who thinks it's time for his own work location?
As a Site Manager you are responsible for clarifying the work to be performed, managing Project Managers, scheduling equipment and personnel and monitoring the costs and progress of the project or projects. You are aware of all projects, staffing levels, yard materials and other project-related matters.
You are also the person who tries to solve problems on site and checks the quality of the work. You motivate your Project Managers and staff to get everyone on the same page with the aim of successfully completing the project. You keep in regular contact with the head office in Amsterdam to discuss and share knowledge. Furthermore, you are not afraid to literally set the right example and - if necessary - also roll up your sleeves.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Manager (in metal conservation)
• Good command of the Swedish and English language
• You have leadership capabilities
• You have a feeling for safety and quality
• Ambitious and a team player
• You enjoy controlling costs
• Willing to work outside normal hours if required for the project
