My name is Gunilla Svanbergand I am the Compensation and Benefit Manager at Axis Communications. Axis is a fast growing and innovative IT company with a global footprint. Our success is largely due to our highly skilled staff and our strong culture of daring to succeed and allowing ourselves to constantly break new ground.
Because of our quick growth, both in sales and personnel, I 'm now looking for a colleague that can help us in our continuous work to make Axis Compensation and Benefit-package even stronger!
What you are you going to do?
F irst, work together with me and be my speaking partner!
In addition to this you will:
Coordinate processes, for example the salary review, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
Administrate Gender Equality Analyze
Manage general administration
Be responsible for- and develop the content in our compensation and benefits portal "Axisforme"
Support in the strategic work within all Compensation and Benefits areas
If you have experience of pensions administration it 's a plus.
About you
You have at least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit. As a person you are meticulous, discrete and have good cooperation- and organizational skills. You are flexible and appreciate change in your working environment. You adjust to it and thrive in it.
Maybe the most important part is that you want to have fun at work!
In addition to this:
A consultant and operator: you have a bias towards action, recognize issues, and implement the solution
A strong multi-tasker with an exceptional ability to prioritize and manage time effectively - you naturally focus on the right things and can seamlessly move between projects & tasks, without losing sight of what's important to do
Naturally curious and have a self-starter personality - you always look for ways to innovate and improve, and don't need to wait for people to tell you what to work on. You can't help but ask what, why, and how
Your Excel skills are excellent and your overall knowledge in MS Office are good
Your English is good both verbal and in writing
It 's a plus if you have experience in validating roles
It 's good if you have previous experience of working in a global organization
