In our consultant department, we are now looking for a Senior Domain IT Project manager for one of our biggest customers in Gothenburg. The scope is to manage smaller projects and new initiatives within the area of Marketing and in parallel manage Consumer Application project portfolio
In this assignment you will find outstanding opportunities to develop your skills and grow as a professional. Together with a team and in close collaboration with colleagues in other business units around the world, you and your team create IT innovations that support the company's overall business development and daily operations. As a consultant for this assignment, you will also be part of one dedicated team providing End to End services to Marketing and Sales Brand Marketing.
Work description and main responsibility
Responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). You must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Deliver smaller projects within Marketing Domain.
• Manage Consumer Application Project Portfolio.
• Be responsible for administration and onboarding of new project and project members working in projects within the domain.
Who are you?
• You have documented experience (5 +years) from leading projects or programs in global organization, involving all phases (Initiate to Close) and all Project Management knowledge areas.
• Expertise in project management and using best practices.
• Strong ability in communication in meeting different key stakeholder
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Strong Leadership capabilities
• Self-motivated and strong driving force for driving change and implementation.
• Ability to build good relations to colleagues and project teams.
• Communication skills (written, presentation and oral)
• A global and flexible mindset/attitude, cultural and diversity awareness
Preferred Education
• University degree in relevant field
• PMP (or equivalent) certification
