We are currently looking for a Manager, Finance BP Beverages EMEA who will be responsible for continuing our journey to further improve our Finance team within the Beverage business unit in Kågeröd, Chester and Lippstadt.
As our Finance BP Manager you have various roles and responsibilities supporting the business in accurate and timely reporting of financial data and cross functional work within Barry Callebaut.
The person in this position will be a member of the management team influencing the direction of the business unit through financial control and leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
As our Finance BP Manager you will be an important bridge between the General Manager Beverages, the Leadership and the Sales Teams.
This role has the full responsibility for the consolidated financial information allowing the management team of Beverages to make the right decisions short-term, mid-term and strategically. In this respect, this role takes full ownership (effective, timely and accurate) in understanding, analysing and reporting the financial results versus various targets and projects.
Consequently this role is essential in shaping and defining the strategy of the division with respect to commercial contribution margin, sourcing profits, customer/product/market mix, cost leadership, margin leakage, material usage variances, direct and indirect costs, and supporting commercial decisions. It is absolutely required to have (i) a broad based knowledge of the total business value chain (ii) strong management skills and (iii) solid project management expertise.
The Finance BP Manager oversees analytics, forecasting, and reporting functions across the Beverage business, as well as partnering with numerous internal stakeholders to ensure our business is primed for success.
The individual will develop and implement strategic and tactical initiatives to bring transparency to our business. With Barry Callebaut's fast-paced growth, the ability to understand and grasp the needs of the company will be important to the Finance BP Manager's success.
REQUIRED ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
ABOUT YOU - Things We Will Be Looking For
Professional qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar with 7+ years of relevant experience
Master in Business Administration preferred
Extensive experience in finance as a manager
Leadership experience & stakeholder management
Understanding of accounting processes and standards (IFRS)
Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting
In-depth knowledge of sales and manufacturing environment
Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries
Proven record of meeting goals, deadlines and experience in creating and implementing short-and long-term plans and following up goals.
English business proficiency both written and oral, Swedish language preferred
Strong IT skills within SAP (incl. BW) and advanced Excel skills
Solid experience with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Personal skills
Analytical / hands-on / flexible but even more important very solutions oriented and performance driven to achieve the targets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work in virtual and cross-functional teams.
Flexible as a person, fits in an entrepreneurial growth environment
Ability to actively prioritise own tasks as well as support team in prioritizations
Ability to balance day-to-day detail with long-term helicopter view, combined with a result driven attitude
Ability to maintain and improve consistent and sound business processes in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment
