As a Senior Designer, you will play an important role to create design proposals ranging from initial concept work through to final production. You will join a team that is dedicated to design, innovation and technology. With members that are, just like you, proud of their professionalism, motivation and level of skills. As a Senior Designer this is what you will do most of the time:
• Create and deliver complete design proposals according to design brief and project constraints in assigned programs
• Produce creative detailed design solutions fulfilling complex technical criteria
• Prepare presentation material for reviews
• Participate in exterior design reviews
• Attend project and engineering meetings
• Work with and guide computer and clay modeling team
Is it you?
We are looking for someone that is flexible, has a strong drive and is able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised circumstances. You need to be independent and confident as well as a good team player. Your communication and presentation skills are vast and you have the ability to inspire others. To be successful in the role you need to be structured, methodical and have an analytical mind with good planning skills. Cultural awareness, specifically between Europe and Asia is also an important factor for the role.
You and your skills:
• University degree in transportation design
• Minimum of 5 years experience in car design
• Good knowledge of CAD 3D design process and software as Alias or polygon modeling (Blender, Maya,...)
• Solid experience in Photoshop or equivalent image processing software
• Previous experience with Asian OEMs is a merit
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
