We are looking for a proven leader to the architecture team to our Enterprise Applications Division. As Architecture Lead for Enterprise Applications, EA, you have a key role in strategically take lead on the architectural work within the Enterprise Application Division in collaboration with and other architects within other areas/functions and divisions at H&M IT. You'll work with a team of Enterprise Architects supporting all programs/projects utilizing the SAP platforms. You'll drive the cross functional architectural work of the core SAP solutions and will be expected to influence planning and steering in the program(s). Example of SAP platforms currently used are ECC, CRM, CAR, EWM, POS DM, GTS, PI and BW (BI).

Your responsibilities
The job of an Architecture Lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Set clear goals and activities for the Architecture team
• Project lead work around architectural topics or general program management areas (activity planning, prio, team setup etc)
• Work with the team to create a good team spirit and ensure staffing of the right team member(s) for the right task
• Drive the Target Architecture Work within the Division
• Lead Area Architects within division for Service areas, Development, Master Data and CRM
• Lead team meetings, coordination meetings, architecture meetings etc
• Coordinate the Architecture work with other divisions, Division Architecture Leads
• Coordinate the Architecture work with the large HM programs
• Coordinate the Architecture work with HM Group Architecture
• To be a Staff Responsible for the Enterprise Architects in the team

• Strong functional and technical knowledge (>10 years)
• Broad understanding of business processes across several functions, preferably in the areas of sales, logistics, and finance

• Experience and understanding of Global Roll Outs, Application Development and Application Management in a large scale organization
• A can do attitude and a strong energy to drive things to the finish line, even if they are complex or difficult
• Communication skills in Swedish and English
