Architecture Concept Engineer
In this position as Architecture Concept Engineer you will be involved very early in the Architecture development. As responsible for the layouts you will guide, balance and control the development to meet all planned derivates on the Architectures.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Responsible to deliver balanced layouts of the Architectures, that meets the requirements of Scalability, Complete Vehicle specification, Design intention and System integration.
- Perform competitor benchmark analysis to verify class leading system integration and usability of available space within the vehicles.
- Create Technical input/ setups to guide initial Design volume models development.
Profile and Background
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering.
- Extensive OEM experience in Chassie, Underbody, Engine bay and setup of a cars.
- Knowledge of Automotive Architecture definitions, standards and requirements.
- Good knowledge of CATIA V5, Vis mock up, and Teamcenter at OEM level.
- Creative, Analytic and problem solving mindset.
- Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and drive issues.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with Senior management and other organizations.
- Passion for engineering and product excellence.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, growing and developing organization.
- Fluent in English.
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture.
