Bolero is expanding its VMWare competence network providing Professional Services to our existing and new customers some of which are globally based.
Job Description
We require senior architect / technicians and technical pre-sales.
Requirements for both roles:
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel if required.
• Shift work and/or unusual hours if required
Preference will be given to VCP/VSP or higher or within a minimum of 3 months from employment to have passed VCP/VSP if required.
Requirements for Architect/Technician:
• Minimum 5+ years experience in VMWare administration of systems in a Corporate / Academic environment
• Excellent customer service, communication and documentation skills, as well as ability to interact and communicate with team members globally
• Motivated & capable of working alone or within a team and under pressure.
• The Ability to discuss & present to technicians & management.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and skillfully
• Solid understanding of networking and strong troubleshooting skills required
• Preferred experience with hardware - i.e CISCO, SAN, Server Room infrastructure
• Minimum 3 years experience in infrastructure architecture and design of complex distributed systems environments, including failover techniques, recovery/rollback, and application partitioning
• Minimum 2 years experience in a technical lead role for small- or medium-size teams
• Strong practical Linux and/or Windows Server systems administration skills
• Preferred knowledge of SpringSource
• Preferred experience with ITIL
Requirments for the Technical Pre-Sales:
• 5 year minimum documented experience within solution selling processes.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Be proficient in presentation and client facing skills.
• Have the ability to work in customer offices or 'in the field'.
• Highly motivated & self-disciplined with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
• Have experience in technical consultative selling up to mid-level executives.
• Proven track record of knowledge with open source & proprietary technologies.
