Perido is recruiting an Architect of Wireless Basestation Systems to our client, an international telecommunication equipment provider that specializes in customized network solutions for telecom carriers worldwide. You will join our client'sStockholmoffice in Kista where you will work with experienced employees. You will also closely collaborate with the headquarters inChina, and some travel is required.
Position responsibilities include (among others):
• Define the best competitive basestation architecture
• Analyze market and live network data and predict broadband evolution roadmap in terms traffic growth, traffic characteristics, user experience, operator requirement, etc.
• Analyze benchmark and system requirements
• Close work with design team, e.g. RTL, verification, and software team

Requirements
• At least five years of experience of wireless basestation system design
• In-depth understanding of LTE (Long Term Evolution)/LTE-A, UMTS/HSPA+, etc. specification, excellent understanding of L2/L3 procedure and good understanding of - L1 signal processing algorithms; where LTE/LTE-A knowledge and skill is a must
• Fluent in English; oral and written
Also valuable
• Knowledge of the Chinese language and culture
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start date as soon as possible and the assignment are for 12 months with a very high probability of being prolonged.
