Dalen ridge 458 AB is a construction company which is involved in building, renovation and reconstruction activities. We are currently developing our company and therefore we look for committed and talented people to contribute to our projects.
Job description
We are looking for a person who can coordinate between team members and different construction groups, besides preparing the architectural drawings when required. Our preferable employee is a person with a M.Sc. /B.Sc. degree in architecture or equivalent, who can contribute to different types of responsibilities, such as design, interior design, computer aided design, and leading the construction work according to the drawings.
We need a fresh, active and energetic newly graduated person with creative ideas, good proficiency in problem solving, communication and management. Besides the ability of working independently, the job requires professional computer skills and high sense of responsibility in following the work. Related job experience is an advantage.
Since we work in an international environment, we use English for communication. For non-Swedish applicants, at least basic knowledge in Swedish language is preferable and other language proficiencies would be considered.
Job duration and location
Our main office is in Gothenburg, while the current project area is located in Vänersborg (West of Sweden). The job requires being present in Vänersborg to supervise and lead the construction process, as well as being flexible for traveling and attending meetings in Gothenburg, Trollhättan and other nearby cities. The employment duration regarding to this project is one year but there is a possibility of extension for our future projects.
