It is a cross-functional multi-year journey to enable rapid e-commerce expansion for the H&M brand. A vital part of that endeavor is the establishment of a new e-commerce platform, which is delivered in close collaboration with an external IT supplier.The program has been remarkably successful, achieving expansion to new markets in record time with good quality. One of the key success factors is the working atmosphere where program members live the core values making every challenge easier to overcome.In parallel with the GOE Program a vital part of our journey is to continuously expand our presence at external marketplaces, this is the area where the Solution Architect will operate. We are currently building a solution for seamless data exchange in between the H&M group and our external marketplace partners, enabling fast and stable onboarding of new partners, which contributes to H&Ms global expansion plans. This is a new service area within the group and is being developed in close collaboration with our business stakeholders as well as other service areas.Your role will be focused on each new partner onboarding and their specific needs and understanding the integration to the new solution. The solution spans cross all functions within the heart of H&Ms e-commerce setup, such as product enrichment, logistics and order orchestration, marketing and business intelligence. You will work closely with the lead Architect for the overall solution, and at times also support him in his tasks for the generic solution.We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect for this highly prioritized project in the Sales Online & Marketing division. You have documented experience from complex projects, preferable within e-commerce in large organizations with high expectations on both results and time to market. Together with the projects team members, you will make sure that the architectural design is based on the business needs and the overall H&M IT visions.The project will be run in a multiple supplier set-up, in agile methodology and in Azure.Your responsibilitiesMaintain end develop the architectural design based on the business needs and the overall IT visions and steering principles.Translate the business needs into working solutions making sure the architectural principles and target architecture are followedTechnical and architectural analysis of requirements and impact analysis.Be responsible for integration architecture.Work in close interaction with business representatives.Communicate clearly solution proposals to requirement lead, application expert and developers.Lead the developers to fulfill the architectural design.Cooperate with area architects within H&M to secure the MPA position in the IT landscape.Cooperate with Infrastructure and Operations architects closely.Keep Project Manager, Scrum master and the team notified about the architectural design and progress.Suggest overall improvements of ways of working or to the solution.Your skills Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.And your skills include:Driven IT/system/solution architect with experience from large, international organizations.Having a good understanding of marketing, retail and e-commerceGood knowledge of systems supporting a marketing organization.Good knowledge of marketing processes from the fashion industry.Good knowledge of multi-channel digital asset management systemsMust be able to take architectural decisions.Must be able to accept architectural deskins taken by area architects.Must be able to align the architectural design with a standard product.Experience of working closely with the business stakeholders to know their needs and convert the business needs into IT requirements (functional, information and quality requirements).Quality focusExperience of working in agile situations.Cloud experienceTools knowledge:VisioStandard Office softwareJiraThe position is located in Liljeholmen, Sweden and we work in an activity based workplace.Sounds interesting?
