We are currently looking for an A/R Coordinator for Opel Sverige AB in Stockholm.

As Accounts Receivable Coordinator you will be responsible for all dealer support queries related to AR. You will work with the vehicle invoice flows and collaborate with the local finance team, the sales department and a SSC abroad. In this role, you will be a key player in the strong and dynamic local Finance team.

We are looking for a person with excellent administrative skills and a great ability to communicate with customers and dealers in both Swedish and English. You have experience from administrative work and customer service preferably from an AR department at an international company. You have excellent knowledge in English and Swedish (in both speech and writing) and also technical skills in MS Excel.

As a person, you have the ability to take full ownership for the area of responsibility and have the autonomy to organize your own work. You have strong communication skills and high IT literacy. You are a team player with a problem solving personality. Additionally you have strong integrity and ethics and a positive can do attitude.
