Worktasks
Oriflame is in the process of defining Global Quality standards. Packaging Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) is one of these global standards. We are working on global framework for AQL standards which serve as guidelines for defining the standards across all product categories, brands, product codes and component types.
This project involve populating the AQLs defect list for different product component codes, categorizing these defects as critical/major/minor and proposing the acceptable for these defect as per global guidelines. It involves lots of interaction and coordination with major stake holders like Category teams in Packaging Development and Purchasing, Component Suppliers, and final Product suppliers. Traveling to packaging and finished product supplier may also be required.
You will:
Propose the AQLs defect list on selected components category
Agree and Implement the same at Major stake holders i.e. Category team: Packaging Development, Marketing, Purchasing, Component supplier and Product supplier
Suggest possible improvements in the global framework

Student within engineering or other
An eye for detail
Skilled communicator
Fluent in English
