We are applying for a full-time Application Technician for application operations of the Work Force Management area within the area of Sales Controlling.
The Project and Maintenance group that handles the Work Force Management-systems at our customers experience an expansive phase due to the roll out of personnel planning and budgeting tools in a number of countries in Europe and Asia. The budget and personnel planning systems replaces different existing solutions and will be integrated with budget and salary systems.
We, now, need another hands-on technical applications expert that can handle technical support (similar to 2nd line), applications support and maintenance of applications within the area of WFM (Work Force Management).
This role will also mean assisting with support of other applications covering the WFM-area.
This assignment is a full-time resource (100 %) with placement in Stockholm.

• Installation and configuring of applications and systems
• Maintenance and administering of country specific configurations in applications
• Technical support of all interfaces and integrations including contacts with vendors of the adjacent systems.
• Coordination and communication with our customers internal operation- and support organization
• Participate in the roll out activities and the project
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We expect you to have the following experience:
o knowledge about Windows 2008 server, Apache, Tomcat, MS SQL, Citrix, Subversion, XML
o Experienced application technician, including applications support, troubleshooting, error analysis, configuration and installation of applications.
o Experience in the area of Windows and Windows applications and environments
o General knowledge in systems integration and handling of requirements
o Experience in maintenance of applications in a production environment
Considered a merit
o Been working with purchased systems and the integrations of these in an existing environment
o Understanding TCP/IP-based networks
o Experience in hand-over to Operation and roll-out activities
o Knowledge in web applications, XML and scripting
o Basic knowledge and experience in MS SQL
o Previous experience in working with Work Force Management-systems
o Experience in web applications developed for Java
o Experience of test and system integration platforms
o Understanding ITIL, Incident and Problem management
