Presentation
We are looking for an application technician to a fulltime assignment placed in Stockholm.
Publiceringsdatum2013-02-15Dina arbetsuppgifterThe assignment includes documentation, ensuring operating status of the relevant systems, communication with system responsible, developers and ongoing work with improvements of operations and support processes.
Duties
• coordinate and promote issues relating to the area towards the technical service responsible
• application operation and monitoring
• incident handling
• participate in project if necessary
• coordinate maintenance work within the area of responsibility
• support the setup of technical environments
• implement and monitor tickets via change management to infrastructure department
• maintain dialogue with technical service responsible regarding infrastructure, operations and support issues
• support in capacity planning
• support in setup of alarms and monitoring.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Specific skills
• Windows Server 2003/2008
• Webplatforms (Apache and Tomcat)
• ITIL knowledge
• Citrix knowledge
• Oracle database knowledge
• preferably experience in Active directory, backup management script management (PowerShell) and HP service manager.
Tools / software
• Apache and Tomcat
• HP service manager
You
• are diligent and flexible
• have the ability to communicate about problems and solutions
• social skills
• enjoy working in a team, but can still work independently as part of a project / management situation
• speak and write English fluently.
