You are part of a team and work to install and improve the delivery of IFS Applications to our customers. In your role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of applications so that everything works for the user. There will be receptions of incidents where you work with them based on priority, both individually and in teams. You work with both new and existing customers. The work is also done by implementing or creating methods for system improvements.
It is a varied role that involves you taking overall responsibility for one or more customers.
Are you the one we are looking for?
With our great customer focus, you need to be service-minded, have a positive attitude, and a good sense of quality. Our high rate of change also requires that you are flexible, independent, and that you are motivated by results. You have a degree in systems science, or similar. Alternatively, you have relevant work experience.
We see that you:
• has worked with IFS Applications or other ERP systems for a couple of years
• has a good system and database understanding, primarily Oracle, and is comfortable in Windows environments
• has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have experience working in a case management system and with databases.
