Application Support Consultant
As an Application Support Consultant in Service Desk Lund you will work close to our customer and always provide them with high quality service. You will be responsible for receiving, logging, investigating, resolving and closing incoming cases. You will provide technical support to customers via telephone and e-mail.
This is not a traditional Service Desk role, but instead it is a highly consultative support role. You must have excellent communication skills and an ability to analyse and solve technical applications challenges. You can guide customers toward accomplishing their goals. This requires learning the details of the customer's business application, designing a solution, testing the concepts, and leading them to success.
As an Application Support Consultant in Service Desk Lund you will take part in a wide variety of internal projects, for example software testing and technical documentation and external project such as training for customers, take part in "go-live" and on-site visits.
Your skills and experience
A successful applicant should be a customer service oriented problem solver that has experience from working in an international Service Desk with routines and processes according to ITIL. You should have high troubleshooting/problem solving and multi-tasking skills. You should also be driven, outgoing, service minded and be able to contribute with a business interest. You should be able and interested to go the extra mile for our customers. You should also share our company values "We Care, We Innovate, We Deliver".
