hela Sverige We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support for our BSS (Business Support Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems at a leading telecommunications operator. This role requires a deep understanding of Java, databases, SQL, and the use of Postman, along with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical support for BSS and CRM systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Diagnose and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
Conduct regular system monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with development teams to implement software updates and patches.
Utilize Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Application Support Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Java programming language.
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
Experience with Postman for API testing.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
