Enterprise IT & Operations are responsible for ensuring that our IT systems in production work optimally and meet the requirements for, but are not limited to, security, performance, and stability. From hardware and operating systems to databases and IT applications. The role is part of the CRM team whose area of responsibility is mainly sales, customer service, online/self-service, and CRM system.
About the role
As an Application Specialist, you will be part of a team of committed and pleasant employees with nine people. Your main task is maintenance and improvement work with our applications. You monitor systems, handle alarms, and troubleshoot production problems. In addition, it also includes analyzing issues to resolve error reports and customer complaints. The team also focuses on KPIs and how we can expand our monitoring. The role is very varied and suits you who like to work broadly in your field. The tasks include a one-week on-call during evenings and weekends every 4-5 weeks.

More about you
To thrive in the role, we believe you have a burning interest in IT and a curiosity to learn something new every day. You can quickly familiarize yourself with in-depth technical details to convey the message's core in an educational way to internal users who work with the customers. You have a few years of experience in a similar role and are used to communicating in English.
Regarding technical experience, you need experience with Linux OS, SQL, and databases. You are curious to learn more about Kubernetes, containers, Open source, and Cloud services.
