Lantmännen IT works in close cooperation with the businesses to develop stable, reliable and cost-effective IT solutions, which enhances the Group's competitiveness and supports its business objectives. Lantmännen is undergoing an intensive business transformation, leading to a comprehensive project portfolio where IT is a very important component. The Core Business Solutions team at Lantmännen IT has an exciting and challenging role in delivering needed requirements from the business and make sure all Lantmännen businesses grows successfully and meet future demands. Today we are a team of 13 people with a mix of Service Managers and Application Specialist eager to support our daily operation in our M3 platforms but also driving new initiates and projects. We are now looking for an Application Specialist supporting our Lantmännen business and team.
We are looking for a service minded person with an interest of understanding our business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions. You either have an academic degree and experience from working with ERP implementations for a longer time or you just started your career with an academic degree from University. If you have experience, it is rewarding to have worked with M3 and have knowledge of how to work with integrations from and to M3 with focus in the Supply Chain area. We are also open for you who have decided to start your career path within ERP and we are willing to educate and support you with deeper M3 knowledge, if you are the person with the right mind set and team spirit.
You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and in writing.
As a person, you are an enthusiastic team player with the drive to not only create sustainable IT solutions but also long term relationships within the organization. You should be able to quickly get into new situations and challenges and have the ability to solve problems in a pragmatic and creative way. You will sometimes work with incidents and change request in our existing solutions and sometimes you will be heavily involved in projects implementing M3 in a new market or country. You will also be needed in our future upgrades of our existing platforms. Last, but not least, you share our values - Openness, Holistic view, Drive - and our promise of taking responsibility from Field to Fork.
This position is located at one of our fine offices in Malmö or in Stockholm. Travel, primarily in the Nordic countries, is included in the position. Depending on activities and scope within the role.
