About the job:
This is a consultancy position with good possibilities of leading to a permanent position. In the position you will be hired by Bravura initially but SWECO have the intention of hiring you in the future. This gives both you and SWECO the possibility to get to know each other and evaluate your cooperation.

Tasks and responsibilities:
In the position as application specialist at SWECO you have an important and contributing role in the SuccessFactors journey at SWECO. In the position you have the responsibility for developing, implementing, and solving problems related to and different SuccessFactors modules in current and new countries. One of the goals for the position is to highlight the benefits and possibilities with SF for internal stakeholders.
In the position you will be the bridge between IT and HR departments and the rest of the organization. Primarily you work to create and develop current work processes in SF and manage projects of different sizes. Furthermore, you will set requirements against external suppliers and implementation partners when SWECO needs to implement new modules. You are expected to be able to solve incidents and configure change requests regarding SuccessFactors by yourself and you will guide internal departments, so that they can set requirements against the IT department.
You are part of a team of 10 persons, who all work as application specialists, and whereof 6 persons work with SuccessFactors. The department has a culture where they help each other's in different projects and errands
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Excellent knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
• Genuine interest in IT
• At least two years of experience in a similar position as an application specialist or project manager
• Fluent in English, Swedish is seen as an advantage
• Experience of managing development projects is seen as an advantage
