Our Nordic Shared Service Center (NSSC) in Malmö handles tasks for the Nordic subsidiaries within Lactalis Group which is Skånemejerier, Lindahls and Lactalis Scandinavia. The NSSC consists of 6 different departments and you will become a valued member of the Nordic Shared Service IS/IT team, which consists of 10 dedicated members.
In the role as Application specialist you will be close to the business of all the Nordic entities and you will play an important role in supporting the daily business in the most effective way on the application side.
Main responsibilities:
• Analyze and design applications
• Develop solutions for specific business needs
• Challenge business requirements and evaluate solution feasibility
• Write down technical specifications in relation to the governance solution.
• Coordinate functional and technical support for the solution(s), monitoring and improving the KPI?s
• Participate in relevant projects with regards to applications
• Create relevant reports in Qlikview as well as support/train users of Qlikview
• Support of M3 in various areas
• Create and maintain standard Operation documents
Competences required:
We expect you to have a relevant university degree and good experience and understanding within M3 modules.
You should have experience with problem-solving and trouble-shooting.
Furthermore we expect that you have knowledge within Qlickview, not only from a user point, but also from setting up and defining reports based on user needs.
Project experience and/or knowledge about iSeries/DB2 would be a plus.
You are committed to your work with a desire to make a difference. You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills towards all organizational levels. It will be an advantage if you have experience from working in an international environment and if you have knowledge about the Nordic cultures and languages.
