We add new system connectionsto ourplatform every week. As we sign a new partner we need to integrate that specific system and in many cases other systems in their proximity. We are now looking for a driven and professional person who could manage these partners and map data and flows between systems.
The role also involves helping our partners and their customers to improve the user experience beyond what they ever thought would be possible through thinking in new ways regarding integrations.
You will be working closely with, and report to our Product Owner but since we are a small and rapidly growing team you will have a excellent opportunity to create a fantastic career within Zwapgrid.

You are a proactive and curious person, who's eager to find new efficient ways of working and always see the value of sterling communication. You also understand the importance of delivering high quality service throughout the whole integration/implementation process.
You have experience of working with integrations, and communicating with all the different stakeholders in a IT project.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work cross-functionally across teams and countries, to design and implement best-in-class friction-less experiences for Zwapgrid 's partners and customers.
• Map data between systems and the Zwapgrid platform
• Conduct user research to develop insight into customer needs and behaviors to define requirements and designs that meet those.
• Manage and deliver projects by developing manuals and documentation to guide engineering, marketing, and customer support.
• Keep up-to-date on Integration best practices and trends by monitoring competition and relevant products, to identify opportunities for innovation. Share best practices internally to promote a culture of excellence in design and customer experience.
• Continuously seek and implement opportunities for improvement of the products and experiences.
• Be accountable for a consistent best-in-class usability experience.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AND HAVE
• Passion for Zwapgrid and our vision - To do for the Systems Integrations market what Netflix has done for TV and film.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant areas of academics
• 2+ years' of demonstrated experience within project management and/or Integrations
• Demonstrated experience managing projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good public speaking skills.
• Business-fluent in English.
• For this role it is a huge plus if you also speak fluent Swedish
• Strong ability to think independently yet operate effectively in and with teams.
