At Epiroc Financial Solutions, we are dedicated to providing efficient finance solutions that support our global operations. We are now looking for an engaged and solutions-oriented Application Specialist to join our business systems team. The focus of this role is to ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of our customer finance systems, ensuring they meet business needs.
About Epiroc Financial Solutions (EFS)
Epiroc Financial Solutions is the group's competence center for Customer Finance, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance. Our organization consists of a global team of 20 individuals, 12 of whom are based in Sickla, Sweden. Our business systems team handles maintenance, support, improvements, and change management for 20 applications within Customer Finance and Trade Finance.
Your mission
As the Application Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our financing and leasing systems are optimized and fully operational. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* System Maintenance and Support: Oversee the daily operation of our customer finance systems, ensuring they deliver high quality and meet the needs of the business.
* System Improvements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and actively participate in the further development of the systems.
* User Support: Provide exceptional support to system users, ensuring they receive timely assistance with any issues or questions.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure system performance and manage any necessary changes.
* Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of system-related projects, from identifying needs to successful implementation. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally with a background in maintaining and supporting business systems within customer finance. Experience from sectors such as auto finance, banking, or large-scale industries where financial systems play a central role is highly valued. You should be organized, with a genuine interest in complex systems and a strong desire to ensure they operate efficiently. While project management experience is an advantage, the main focus is on system support and maintenance. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required for this role.

Location and travel
This position can be located in Stockholm or Örebro, Sweden.
