What is needed in this role:
• Take care of daily process/application delivery and solve problems to secure quality of the service.
• Handle formalities like maintaining service records, governance documents and compliance duties for each service
• Solve incidents (usually not very frequent), find root cause, mitigate risks and propose solutions
• Handle Service Request as 2nd or 3rd level of support as the expert of the solution or process
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements for raising quality and maintenance efficiency
• Cooperate with external vendors e.g. their solution specialist to learn and find solutions and improvements
• Plan and estimate the work together with the team members and handle application Change Management
• Collaborate with the APO (agile product owner) to identify that's the most valuable things to be worked on first
You have:
• Broad experience from "taking care" of services with system management related responsibilities
• Competence and drive to keep your services compliant & updated in Service and Project Management systems
• Preferrable experience from Document Management, Service Now, Jira and O365
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as curiosity to be the real expert
• Understanding and experience from SaaS solutions and the relations with SaaS vendors
• Good feeling for when to do what and "how far to dig" to make sure we spend time on the right things
• Education: Academic degree in engineering, finance, legal, business admin. or other relevant area.
• Required language, Fluent in English and Swedish or Estonian or Latvian or Lithuanian

• Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working

We are a "Value Stream" (aka Value Delivery Engine) with group wide responsibility for "Infrastructure" which includes DM (Document Management) and IT Solutions for REFM (Real Estate Management). Our team responsibility is to implement and maintain a proper DM Structure & Governance (DM Directive) and to secure reliable and efficient IT services to Group Infrastructure who are responsible for REFM, Travel and Facility Services throughout the group.
We area a hybrid team with both Business-related task like defining/owning the Document Directive but also with more IT related responsibility where we evaluate, source and maintain solutions. We then need to analyze needs, propose solutions, coordinate sourcing/development activities and align with service providers as well as other internal teams." Christian Daveby, your future leader
