Find your place in a fast moving environment where you as an Application Solution Responsible will have a key role within our global program.
You will be part of or Enterprise Applications Division that coordinates and manages the program that includes new business processes and system support for major parts of the H&M garment flow (focusing on Sales, Logistics and Finance). The program is in the middle of a Global roll out phase and in parallel we are refining processes and systems.
You will be the overall responsible for SAP CRM for one of our solutions, within the SAP CRM Loyalty or Customer service area. You will also be responsible for that this is maintained and developed according to the business requirements and expectations, and according to H&M architectural guidelines.
If you are analytical, driven, experienced in SAP CRM and want to work with global roll-outs, you can be the one we are looking for. It is qualifying if you have worked in global projects and roll-outs with off shore development. Your responsibilities
The job of an Application Solution Responsible comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Among other things your to do-list includes:
• Plan and operate the work requirements/architectural work for the SAP CRM solution area.
• Support and when required hands on with Functional design specifications and System configuration in SAP CRM
• Drive design Workshops and requirements with stakeholders
• Support and secure solution delivery with the Functional Area Architect and Application Experts
• Ensure cross-functional interaction with other stakeholders
• Participate in the feasibility study work for new initiatives (prepare / review comprehensive solution and estimate)
• Be responsible for keeping an updated list of future development in the area (cross- functional and functional)
• Own and drive integration and formats to/from the SAP CRM solution in coordination with SAP CRM Area Architect
• Test planning together with test-lead

• More than 5 years of experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP CRM and SAP ECC
• Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP CRM
• Experience from large, global organizations
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
• Excellent managing of deliverables ("to-do lists"), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills.
• Pedagogical skills as well as experience from planning and running workshops
• Used to work with both technical questions and business questions
• Project management
