Department 4215 Mainframe Application Production is a department within Service Runtime Management. The department is today consisting of 2 parts: one is delivering Application Production mainly in the Mainframe area and the other part delivers Database administration for different databases and applications.
We are now in the situation that we need to strengthen the Application Production Team with one Technical Specialist. Today the team consists of 10 employees working with scheduling, installation in production and more in the Mainframe area. As an Application Production Technician you will work with several of our internal and external customers, mainly within a Mainframe environment. The job as on call which means that you need to have driver's license.
Qualifications:
We are now looking for you that have some years experience of support in the IT-field and have a desire to learn and work in the mainframe area. You need to have an open-minded view of support and you should also enjoy working with it. For this position you must have driver's license.
If you have experience from Case tools, deploy applications, change and ITIL is this an advantage.
You also need to have these qualifications:

The general qualifications are that you have an adequate academic qualification and that you are a communicative team-player. You also have to be proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
