You are an essential part of the IPCO IT-team with the assignment to continuously develop and ensure efficient solutions and processes. Your daily work will be conducted in tight cooperation with business stakeholders, key-users and external partners.

Your Mission
You break down the business needs and turn them into proper system solutions, efficient processes and correct data quality.
You participate in the work to develop and manage our strategic ERP platforms, based on system solutions from Infor M3 and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You collaborate with business stakeholders, external partners, and global end-users to ensure that business requirements and processes are properly implemented towards our system solutions.
Main Responsibilities
• Participate in implementation projects, including information gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and go-live processes related to Infor M3 and/or Microsoft D365
• Control the project on the basis of the plan until the delivery is completed
• Act as advisor towards business stakeholders regarding best practices and making business processes and way of working more efficient
• Perform testing of software configuration and solutions to ensure that system and process flows meets business requirements
• Independently run meetings, workshops, trainings, presentations and create appropriate documentation
• Support and troubleshoot end-user issues

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
• Fluent in English
Meritorious
• ERP platform solutions such as Infor M3, Microsoft D365, SAP
• Working within a global manufacturing industry / organization or as an external consultant with expert skills within ERP-solutions and project management
• Extra valuable if you have good knowledge of business processes within areas such as supply chain, production planning, finance, shipping, warehousing and CRM
• Business process modelling, to capture business requirements, facilitate workshops and provide guidance, recommendation for appropriate implementation
• Experience from work in similar position
