As we foresee a strong and growing demand for these maintenance services, we are now recruiting new internal members to the Application Maintenance Functional Area.

The E-commerce maintenance team is presently a team under establishment, reporting to the E-Business IT Application Maintenance Manager.
Job description
As Application Manager IT E-commerce you will, together with the Business representative, be responsible for maintenance of the Epiroc E-commerce applications and services used by our customers, distributors and local Customer Centers worldwide, including budgets and follow up of costs.
You will be accountable for securing availability and usage of the E-commerce applications and services.
You will from time to time lead and participate in projects related to the maintenance responsibilities and deliverables.
You will be a part of the Application Maintenance Functional Area and reporting to the Global IT Maintenance Manager E-business.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to be a key player within the Application Maintenance area and contribute to the overall goals of Epiroc and Epiroc IT.
The job will include some travelling from time to time.
Experience requirements
We see that you have 5+ years' experience working within the IT industry as well as experience working with a multinational organization. You have a good understanding of technical components that affects application availability, functionality and performance.
Experience from project management is a plus, as well as experience from IT application maintenance management and/or ITIL certificate.
You have a university degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience. English is our corporate language, so good command of written and spoken English is a prerequisite for this role.

This being a Manager role, we see that you have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as being a team player. You are committed and collaborative, with the ability to plan and organize your work in an effective way. We work in an open environment, so sharing and transparency is important to you, as well as being service minded and seeing things from a user perspective.

Örebro or Stockholm, Sweden
If not based in Örebro, travel to Örebro 1-2 days per week will be needed.
