Application Engineering & Project Management (DC-IA/SDM24-Mll)
Hägglunds Inside Intelligence (HII) is a portfolio of products and offerings connected to condition monitoring and preventive maintenance among other things connected to the fast growing area I4.0.
As Application Manager, Hägglunds Inside Intelligence, you will be responsible for technical management and project support, which means close cooperation with the Sector Managers within Bulk Materials Handling, the R&D department, the Country Units and the Service Departments in Mellansel and Lohr.
Your main task is to be the "hub" for coordination of technical activities related to the Hägglunds Inside Intelligence area.
• You will be the driver of the technical development of HII. You will provide input to, and cooperate with the R&D and the Product Management departments.
• You are responsible for coordinating technical support for implementation of HII products and solutions at customers, as well as providing technical sales support when receiving inquiries from country units.
• Plan and execute product trainings related to HII.
• Be a member of a Swedish-German team as our department SDM24 consists of two teams,
one located in Mellansel and one in Lohr.
• Travels and participation in project meetings are important parts of this position.
Background
You are an electrical or mechanical engineer at university level, preferable with experience in controls. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of project management. It is important that you are independent when it comes to day to day business as well as a team player when participating in project work. You should have good communication skills, have a structured and responsible personality, and be comfortable in working in a changing environment. Skills in both written and verbal English is required.
