Swegon is in an interesting phase where we harmonize our applications for our business systems such as our ERP solution. We are a team at group IT that are responsible for rolling out and supporting a global ERP solution which is the Infor M3 system. The M3 group will also play an important role in a lot of integrated solutions.
Position description
We are looking for an Application Manager for our ERP system Infor M3 within the area logistics. You should understand and be interested in the logistic business processes. It is important that you can translate the business needs to an effective and good IT solution. In this role we also see a big opportunity to grow within project management. These projects can differ in size, such as rolling out Infor M3 on a global base or improve our existing solution. The position will include work with both internal and external expertise within this area. You will report to the group manager for the M3 team which is included in central Group IT located in Gothenburg.
It's important that you have a solid interest in the logistic area and are able to take these kinds of discussions with our colleagues at Swegon on a global base.
Position possibilities
This position will give you great opportunity to get a solid experience within logistics, project management and IT. The position will also give you a solid knowledge in the ERP system Infor M3. You will be included in a team with long experience and with a lot of interesting global projects.
What you will do:
• Project management for global ERP projects
• Project management of improvements
• Supporting and developing the M3 logistic functions
• Translating business requirements into Infor M3 solutions
Your profile
You are probably a person that likes to drive changes within the logistic area. You are interested in establishing contacts on an international level. You are willing to act as Project Manager. We would like that you have the desire and ability for international traveling to some extent.
Requirements:
• Interest of the logistic area within an ERP solution, preferable Infor M3.
• Understand the other business processes within an ERP
• Interest in Project Management and ability to present at steering group
• Good Swedish and English, both written and spoken
