Operations is the very backbone of our business in delivering on our promise of 10 minutes delivery. This role is all about providing and implementing software solutions to optimize business operations for our riders, store-workers and to undertake all necessary duties to ensure successful performance and excellent experience in every touchpoint.
What you will do (but not exclusively)
Work with the central operations team to identify and design business processes
Implement software solutions to support scaling business operations
Procure, install, configure and manage software applications
Onboard and support roll out of new and improved scalable processes
Requirements
You have a relevant bachelor's degree
You have low-code or some-code experience
Excellent visualisation skills
Ability to keep learning and adapting to new technologies and tools
You have very good communications skills and are proficient in both written and spoken Swedish and English
