hela Sverige As Application Manager you have the opportunity to drive the business in Dairy Powder by managing the product life cycle for our solutions and by providing input to the product creation process.
Tetra Pak Dairy & Beverage Systems AB works in three food categories: Dairy, Beverage and Prepared Food. Dairy Powder is a relatively new sub-category in the Dairy category, where our offer to our customers is complete with the recent integration of CPS and Guerin systems into Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB (TPPS). The key to success is to develop and drive attractiveness and competitive-ness for our solutions, which will involve many different parts of the TPPS.
Your role will be to have the overall line solutions responsibility and cooperate very closely with colleagues in the involved organisations. The objective is to build up Dairy Powder solutions and create a knowledge centre that contains sub category competencies such as market trends and dynamics, processing, automation and food technology.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Be a knowledge centre for Dairy Powder solutions and make the solutions available in the whole organisation
• Responsible for application and line solutions for Dairy Powder
• Drive information and communication, training and knowledge build-up in the organisation
• Drive the Dairy Powder business in Tetra Pak Processing Systems
• Set and follow-up on objectives
Publiceringsdatum2008-04-23KvalifikationerYou are a responsible person with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to create results. Being a listener with informal authority and drive - you build commitment in the organisation and lead through change and development.
You have a solid experience from the food industry - preferably from making powder. You have a strong track record from running projects and maybe from leading people. We believe that you have an MSc in engineering or equivalent as well as a genuine interest in the dairy industry and its dynamics. You have clear and consistent communication skills and are fluent in verbal and written English.
