hela Sverige As our AM Service Manager within the Information Solutions department, you will be working in a dynamic IT organization, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value to the business. The team members are open and result oriented, always looking out for each other as well as working to reach the goals for the company.
What you will be doing
Application Management (AM) within the Information Solutions department, part of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems IT/IS organization, supports and manages the business applications in the areas of ERP, Sales Solutions (CRM, eCom), Business Intelligence, Output Management and Service Solutions. AM is driving the resolution of identified incidents and problems with the additional objective of improving customer experience by preventing incidents and problems from re-occurring.
As our AM Service Manager you will be responsible for managing the support, maintenance and administration of the applications in scope, including applications supported by external AM vendors, to meet business objectives and requirements.
Furthermore you will be responsible for the relevant AM services Incident Management and Problem Management (according to the ITIL framework), and act as point of escalation for both business and IT.

You are a social and communicative person with a problem-solving nature and high analytical ability. You possess a strong sense of teamwork and self-motivation. Furthermore you have a positive attitude and a great driving force. You are a doer that thrives in an open and challenging environment.
We believe that you have previous experience from a similar role, preferably in a big international or national company. Strong business understanding comes natural to you and you have a positive customer service attitude. You are used to work with stakeholders on both the business and IT side.
Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.
