APPLICATION MANAGEMENT LINE MANAGER DOCUMENT & LICENSE MANAGEMENT
The Application Management First line Manager is responsible for all HR activities and all deliveries from the group.
The group 9542, Document and License Management is based on product teams where we develop and maintain applications within the document management area. All teams are global with colleagues in Europe, South America and Asia. Appointed products are Orion, Domino, OnDemand, StreamServe, ReadSoft and SharePoint.
The group is also responsible for efficient license management of all COTS applications within Volvo. Meaning that we handle all license issues regarding desktop applications, purchase, economy, application packages and legal aspects.,
Delivery of Mail, FAX and SMS are also a part of our responsibility.
Our customers are both internal AB Volvo and external, and most of them are global.

Main responsibilities:
• Accountable for quality and cost for all production within the group
• assigned applications and products/services
• assigned projects
• assigned studies
• HR (recruitments, salary setting, competence development, PBP
• Finance (accountable for budgets and production results)
• countable to reach KPI targets and other performance targets
• Accountable for implementing directives from Global Functional mgrs
• processes and other working methods
• structural changes and sourcing decisions
• implementation of competence development plans
Functional responsibilities are likely to be added to this position
Application Management Line Manager general profile:
Managers within Application Delivery need to have the ability to create an efficient and trustful day-to-day cooperation. Since Application Delivery is a matrix between global functional responsibilities and Application Delivery site responsibilities it is a requirement on every manager in the organisation to actively cooperate in a way that bridges the potential gaps that are inevitable in every matrix organisation. It is also essential that all applicants have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to satisfy customer requests.

In this role you will be reporting to the Department Manager, Application Delivery General Solution and be part of the Department management team.
