hela Sverige We have two really interesting open positions, both within logistics! One is focusing on transport processes, and the other on trade and customs. In these roles you will be part of our Logistics team, focusing on Trade & Transport issues, and thereby be one of the key players to get the new platform running around the world.
The solution is based on SAP and as Application Expert you will have an important role to develop, roll out and improve our solution worldwide. You will be responsible for identify and define business requirements and ensure that these are realized in our systems to ensure that the solution fulfills our business needs. Your ability to translate business requirements into an efficient IT-solution is a success factor for you, and dependent upon your experience and ambition, the role may contain technical as well as functional aspects. You will be part of a highly skilled team which provides a state-of-the art solution for the business.
As an Application Expert you will work closely with Logistics business, vendors and the program. You need to be able to understand operational details and the system landscape. This requires high skills in communication, an analytic mind and a dedicated focus on overcoming problems. You will be a part of a growing team that today consists of a mix including business experts, H&M IT employees and consultants. As an Application Expert at H&M you will work at a global IT department, that means that the roles will include travelling both within and outside Sweden.
Your responsibilities
The job of an Application Expert within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Process mapping
• Drive Application Development with support from our Development Competence Center
• Support Cross functional initiatives with technical solutions for initiatives such as Expansion
• Roll-out new system solutions
• GAP/FIT analysis and documentation with Business project manager
• Cross-functional tasks, also including project management
• Support training sessions for stakeholders connected to the Go-live
• Test planning with test-lead
• Go-live planning with cut-over lead
• Hand over to Application Management and to super user
• Support business empowerment and improve ways of working

And your skills include:
Mandatory requirements
• At least 2 year of application experience from SAP solution, ie
-SAP ECC
-Retail, SAP
-EWM
• Experience or education within Logistics
• Good knowledge, both written and oral, in English and Swedish
Qualifying
• Experience in ALM, Jira, Service Manager
• Business process experience in SAP MM and SD
• Store processes
• Warehouse processes
• Experience from large sites
• Experience from development (ABAP)
• Experience from SAP GTS
