hela Sverige Are you ready for an exciting opportunity as an Application Expert within a challenging and fun area at H&M IT Logistics?
In this role you will be part of our new global e-commerce platform that will serve as base for further online expansion for the H&M brand. The new platform is under construction as a part of the Global Online Expansion program, a business and IT program for establishing e-commerce business for the H&M brand in selected countries. The platform is built, maintained and operated by an external provider. It will furthermore have interfaces towards several H&M systems as well as third party systems like Warehouse Management systems and Carrier systems.
As an Application Expert for Global Online Expansion Logistics you are part of the team delivering one or several IT services towards business. Together with System Responsible you will oversee the delivery on daily basis assisting in understanding the system landscape in means of trouble shooting to ensure that daily operations is running smoothly as well as be part of investigations for business improvements. As an Application Expert at H&M you will work at a global IT department.
As an Application Expert you will work closely with Logistics business, vendors and the program. You need to be able to understand operational details and the system landscape to support the Service(s). This requires high skills in communication, an analytic mind and a dedicated focus on solving problems. You will be a part of a team that today consists of around 40 persons including business experts with a mix of H&M employees and consultants. The team is growing. Travel 1-2 times a month will be part of the job, within Sweden and abroad.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Understand the technical solution and processes to secure the daily operations
• Participate and/or lead meetings needed to secure the daily operations to obtain proactivity with incidents and problems handling
• Create and maintain system and process documentation
• Participate in Planning & Coordinating business changes with System Responsibles and our vendors
Your skills

• Strong technical interest in understanding the system flora and its integrations
• That you are strongly analytic
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
• Good ability to communicate about problems and solutions
• Experience from roll out of global solution and maintenance, including operations and support of complex solution with external vendor is qualifying
• Experience from working in a cross-cultural environment
Experience from Logistics and e-commerce is an advantage. An extra plus if you have previous experience from working in Retail.
